Clasping my hands behind my back
Recently, when standing or walking, I have been making an effort to clasp my hands behind my back. I do this because it pushes the pelvis forward, and I can feel energy flowing into the central channel . Because of this experience, I decided to clasp my hands behind my back even during meditation.
On my days off in the afternoon, I read a book after taking a nap, and then I meditate. I do this because the success rate for astral projection is higher when I am not sleepy.
The Meditation Technique:
First Stage (Kneeling Position):
I sit in the kneeling position with my hands clasped behind my back. While feeling the energy, I continuously strive to stop my internal dialogue.
Second Stage (Lying Down Position):
I transition to a lying position. In this position, I arch my lower back, tense my abdomen, and feel the energy, all while continuing to stop my internal dialogue.
After a while, my legs start to feel like they are floating, and the astral body slowly begins to separate from the physical body.
After the separation, the astral body is unstable, moving up and down within the room.
I tried to stabilize my astral body by flicking the room's light switch on and off.
I then exited the main door and moved into the hallway.
There were several doors lined up in the hallway, and I opened about three of them, but I could not enter the spaces behind them.
The astral projection ended shortly after this.
