Maintaining the triangular foot stance

Recently, I started making a conscious effort to maintain the triangular foot stance (as described in my book) while walking and standing. This straightens my spine, allowing me to constantly feel energy in my central channel. Maintaining my awareness on myself 24 hours a day is also a practice in Tibetan Dzogchen. Furthermore, this habit of accumulating energy can lead to out-of-body experiences (OBEs).

After a nap, I meditated while sitting in a surf chair, practicing Vajra Recitation, meditating on the letter "A", and an inner-dialogue-stopping meditation. After this, I laid down and confirmed that I was having an out-of-body experience in the room. The astral body was stable, so I first tried to make it luminous. I focused on a small light outside the window. Then I opened the window to look outside. Both inside the room and outside were dark. Next, I tried flipping the light switch in the room to see what would happen. Nothing much changed; it remained dark. Then I went out of the room, and left the house through the front door. The scenery was the same as the neighborhood where I lived in high school. I walked down the street and opened the door of a certain house. A woman was cooking there. At that point, the out-of-body experience ended.
