Stopping the internal dialog after the vajra recitation

After waking up at night, around 3:00 a.m., I meditated in the standing position, combining the vajra recitation with tension in the lower back and abdomen. Then I sat cross-legged and continued meditating, feeling the energy fully in the central channel, and then moved on to the practice of stopping the internal dialog. After continuing to stop the internal dialog for a while, I felt as if the wind was being naturally absorbed into my heart. After reaching this state, I lay down and continued to meditate. Then I did an astral projection. Just before I left my body, I remembered that my mind was in a state of overflowing energy, and stayed there without moving. My astral body was stable and I sat cross-legged in my astral body and circled the room. Then I meditated so that clear light would appear. After a while I felt like going outside, so I opened the window and jumped out. Then I walked along a dark path. Halfway along the path I felt like going to another world, so I jumped to the ground. Then I returned to the room and left the body again. And then it ended soon.

This time it was a long and stable out-of-body experience after a long time. I think the fact that I tried to do the vajra recitation even during the day at work and on the train also helped. I think it is necessary to keep the mind in the central channel even during the day in order to have an out-of-body experience.
